Done a heavy weapon platform quad pod and it can be used to be like a tripod for heavier sniper rifles and another use would be this will allow infantry men to use heavier weapons like ones used on mechs, so you have a vehicle with the mech weapon it then will be lowered on the platform and then it can be used by infantry
